13  | 大象元年春正月癸巳，受朝于露门，帝服通天冠、绛纱袍，群臣皆服汉魏衣冠。大赦，改元大成。初置四辅官，以上柱国大冢宰越王盛为大前疑，相州总管蜀国公尉迟迥为大右弼，申国公李穆为大左辅，大司马随国公杨坚为大后丞。癸卯，封皇子衍为鲁王。甲辰，东巡狩。丙午，日有背。以柱国、常山公于翼为大司徒。辛亥，以柱国、许国公宇文善为大宗伯。癸丑，日又背。戊午，行幸洛阳。立鲁王衍为皇太子。 |
