23  | 丙子，诏以金人入寇，自十一日避正殿，减常膳。案：《靖康要录》：元年正月十日敕门下：「朕以寡昧，履承至尊，任大而守重。硕德弗类，不能仰当天意，属邻入寇，削地寻盟，遽传多垒于四郊，岂特蹙国之百里！徵求财贿，虔刘边邮。朕甚恧焉，延问公卿，侧席而坐，夙夜祗畏，不遑康宁。思弭艰虞，宜从贬损。自今月十一日避正殿，减常膳，冀上天助顺，万国效忠，交扶不拔之基，永底丕平之治。故兹诏示，想宜知悉。」 又诏：「大金所需犒军物数浩瀚，朝廷竭力应副，如供祀宗庙器皿，亦不敢吝；至于亲王内外百官之家，已行告谕，尽数供助，尚恐未能敷数，忠义之民，理宜体国，将私家所有愿助国用者，限日下于户部尚书聂山等处送纳。」 |
