2  | 熙宁二年秋七月乙丑朔，司天监奏：日食，辰巳之间有阴雾，日所食不及原奏分数，并臣表贺。毕沅《通鉴》引《长编》云云，据以辑此。案：毕氏引此，未知所据，或《纪事本末》传钞有误脱之文，今姑辑之以备考。《宋史·本纪》云：日当食，云阴不见。《东都事略》失载。《宋史全文资治通鉴云：乙丑朔，司天监言：日食，辰巳间有云雾遮蔽，所食不及元奏分数，宰臣富弼》等拜表贺。《传家集》载《赐宰臣富弼等上表贺》，云阴日食不及分数。批答：「省表具之，朕不明庶政，上累三光，天虽微阴，人谁不知。彼食分之少损，由司惓之未精，为惧方深，奚贺之有？矧明书于信史，将取谤于异时。宜懋乃诚，以辅台德。」 |
