27  | 《续宋编年资治通鉴》：三月，以禁中屡火，罢春宴。尚书省火。案：《宋史·本纪》：壬辰，罢春宴及幸池苑，不御垂拱殿三日。丁酉，尚书省火。《五行志》：三月七日，内尚书省火，寻扑灭。上谕执政：禁中屡火，方醮禳，已罢春宴，仍不御垂拱殿。壬辰初二日，七日乃丁酉也。罢宴，《本纪》在壬辰，与《五行志》异日。毕沅《通鉴》丁酉、癸卯，两言尚书省火。癸卯，十三日也。陈次升《谠论集》《上哲宗奏禁中遗火疏》云：臣伏闻今月十三日夜禁中遗火者，窃以灭异之来必有所因。自古圣帝明王，德虽甚盛，世虽甚治，必恐惧修省，肃祗天威，故祖宗以来，圣德可谓盛矣，治具可谓修矣。每遇变异，常恐其不逮，内则小心以求诸己，外则下诏以求直言。伏望圣慈追而行之，上答天变，下达民情。倘愚者之言或有一得，庶几圣政有补，万分不胜幸甚。取进止。 |
