22  | 内廷进御之时宪书，与外间颁行者，其款式绝不相同。用白宣纸印朱丝阑，楷书缮写，一页仅十日，积三页乃成一月。每日所有宜忌各事，皆属国家大政，庆赏、刑威、朝会、游幸之属。姚伯昂先生《竹叶亭杂记》，尝载其一条；高宗内禅后，已颁行嘉庆元年宪书。嗣仁宗面谕枢臣，命除民间通行专用嘉庆元年一种外，其内廷进御，及中外各衙门，与外藩各国颁朔，皆别刊乾隆六十一年之本，与嘉庆本并行，以彰孝敬之诚。自是两本并行者历四岁，至高宗升遐后始已。此见诸圣训及《东华录》诸书者也。 |
