72  | 梁潜，字用之，江西泰和人。洪武丙子乡荐，知四㑹县推。诚爱民，剗宿弊，崇寛政，导民以礼。尤勤抚字，暇辄就学舍授业，诸生嵗馀，民服讼息流徙来归，以累千计。县有龙桥河，世传吏有廉平之政，即清自潜至，迄去河水澄洁可鉴。又明年，改阳江，兴利除害，政简刑，清后调，知阳春，治之如四㑹，而阳春猺獠环处，稍不得所欲，即兽怒，跳跃不可制，潜待之如子，而不拘于法，民亦皆尽，诚事之如父，敬恭命令，惟恐不及所歴之处，将去，人皆遮道留之。永乐初，徵修实録，官至右春坊赞善，以事见法，有《泊庵集》行于世。 |
