吴　岳，字汝乔，汶上人。嘉靖壬辰进士，歴户部主事。督上谷，饷吏进积羡千金，岳正色拒曰：「羡金即正饷也，岂可以为利？」歴郎中，出守庐州，悉罢却府堂供税。又知保定府，奏裁免征徭十之六七。后累官佥都御史，以疾予告。数年，起为右副都御史，转吏部侍郎、晋南吏部尚书。卒，谥介肃，赐祭葬如例。叶　洪，字子源，德州人。嘉靖己丑进士，授户科给事中，特疏諌帝不亲祈谷，又极论汪鋐奸状，忤㫖夺俸，鋐衔之。次年，以考察坐洪浮躁，贬宁国县县丞。又二年，复以大计禠其职。
