37  | 开皇元年二月甲子，上自相府常服入宫，备礼即皇帝位于临光殿。设坛于南郊，遣使柴燎告天。是日，告庙，大赦，改元。京师庆云见。易周氏官仪，依汉、魏之旧。以柱国、相国司马、渤海郡公高熲为尚书左仆射兼纳言，相国司录、沁源县公虞庆则为内史监兼吏部尚书，相国内郎、咸安县男李德林为内史令，上开府、汉安县公韦世康为礼部尚书，上开府、义宁县公元晖为都官尚书，开府、民部尚书、昌国县公元岩为兵部尚书，上仪同、司宗长孙毗为工部尚书，上仪同、司会杨尚希为度支尚书，上柱国、雍州牧、邗国公杨惠为左卫大将军。乙丑，追尊皇考为武元皇帝，庙号太祖，皇妣为元明皇后。遣八使巡省风俗。丙寅，修庙社。立王后独孤氏为皇后，王太子勇为皇太子。丁卯，以大将军、金城郡公赵煚为尚书右仆射，上开府、济阳侯伊娄彦恭为左武候大将军。己巳，以周帝为介国公，邑五千户，为隋室宾。旌旗车服礼乐，一如其旧。上书不为表，答表不称诏。周氏诸王，尽降为公。 |
