39  | 辛卯，以上柱国、神武郡公窦毅为定州总管。戊戌，以太子少保苏威兼纳言、吏部尚书，馀官如故。庚子，诏曰：「自古帝王受终革代，建侯锡爵，多与运迁。朕应籙受图，君临海内，载怀沿革，事有不同。然则前帝后王，俱在兼济，立功立事，爵赏仍行。茍利于时，其致一揆，何谓物我之异，无计今古之殊。其前代品爵，悉可依旧。」丁未，梁主萧岿使其太宰萧岩、司空刘义来贺。四月辛巳，大赦。壬午，太白、岁星昼见。戊戌，太常散乐并放为百姓。禁杂乐百戏。辛丑，陈散骑常侍韦鼎、兼通直散骑常侍王瑳来聘于周，至而上已受禅，致之介国。是月，发稽胡修筑长城，二旬而罢。五月戊子，封邗国公杨雄为广平王，永康郡公杨弘为河间王。辛未，介国公薨，上举哀于朝堂，以其族人洛嗣焉。六月癸未，诏以初受天命，赤雀降祥，五德相生，赤为火色，其郊及社庙，依服冕之仪，而朝会之服，旗帜牺牲，尽令尚赤。戎服以黄。秋七月乙卯，上始服黄，百僚毕贺。庚午，靺鞨酋长贡方物。 |
