6  | 时静帝幼冲，未能亲理政事。内史上大夫郑译、御正大夫刘昉以高祖皇后之父，衆望所归，遂矫诏引高祖入总朝政，都督内外诸军事。周氏诸王在藩者，高祖悉恐其生变，称赵王招将嫁女于突厥为词以徵之。丁未，发丧。庚戌，周帝拜高祖假黄钺、左大丞相，百官总己而听焉。以正阳宫为丞相府，以郑译为长史，刘昉为司马，具置僚佐。宣帝时，刑政苛酷，羣心崩骇，莫有固志。至是，高祖大崇惠政，法令清简，躬履节俭，天下悦之。 |
