乙亥，朝奉郎、守太府少卿宋彭年言，殿前、马歩军司管军阙官，乞依故事差八员，仍逐司常留一二员宿卫。诏管军朝廷重事，彭年妄有干预，特罚铜三十斤。　延福宫使、入内都知、利州观察使张茂则为宁国军留后、入内都知。吏部郎中胡宗愈为右司郎中，工部员外郎髙遵恵为右司员外郎。左司郎中范子竒直龙图阁、河北路转运使、右司员外郎范纯粹直龙图阁、京东路转运使。　诏以太皇太后七月十六日生辰为坤成节，赵子崧中外旧事云：宣仁圣烈皇后垂帘，坤成节，内外命妇入贺，上寿毕，内侍老宗元大呼于殿庑，曰：「除宰执、宗室命妇，依故事外」。髙氏命妇尽出就宅赐宴，即归，供帐甚盛，沾及奴仆，嵗以为常，盖太皇太后恶请托而逺之也，可谓公矣！」髙世诞证之，云：「宣仁既修北宅以奉亲，其母两国太夫人李氏入谢，因请置潜火一铺，后曰：「但令公绘、公纪省事，岂解失火？」李夫人不乐，复曰：「曹家亦是聼政时，南宅创添潜火人」。后变色曰：「姐姐殊不思之甚也！二姐岂敢比娘？」娘娘嬢于赵氏有大功，不可引也。因手扎戒二髙，不得妄干请，其家至今寳蔵。髙世诞云，此一叚当别附。　诏催作二王外第。政目十二日事。　鄜延路经畧使言，蕃部伊实乡道入西界，杀副监军等首级，乞与近上班行。诏与下班殿侍。　湖北都钤辖、转运司言，权知诚州、西京左蔵库副使兼閤门通事舍人周士隆招纳溪峒有劳。诏迁一官，令再任。
