10  | 甲辰，诏门下侍郎章敦书受命宝，以「皇帝恭膺天命之宝」为文。 朝请郎、太府少卿宋彭年，提㸃江南西路刑狱。诏京东西路提㸃刑狱李宜之，体量都转运司收出剰减价支预买钱及大秤、炭亏、车尸等，又诏呉居厚、吕孝亷并取勘。 诏御史中丞黄履举堪充监察御史二貟以闻。 河东节度使、守太师致仕文彦博言，乞免两镇恩命，或以霈恩之行，止乞加臣食邑实封。従之，仍令学士院降诏。 诏知邵州闗杞保眀到招纳芙蓉、石驿、浮诚等峒人户归眀，其开路采木、献田等，有劳効者凡三百三十三人，并转资，赐钱帛有差。以新归顺蕃部伏𠼪为下班殿侍。丙午，资政殿大学士、兼侍读吕公著提举中太一宫、兼集禧观。 河东转运提举司言，乞依威胜军奏复置辽州，从之。 府界提㸃范峋、歩军副都指挥使苗授、开封府推官王同老，坐京城西壁等壕河有开浅亏功，擅令人出备夫钱，等第罚金。是日酉时，地震，即止。 诏府界三路廵尉弓兵，并依保甲未行以前复置。戊申，诏：「举察福建路前差监察御史黄降，可改差比部貟外郎宇文昌龄。其荆湖南路就差举察江南西路监察御史陈次升兼领」。 鄜延路经略司言，擒获西界钤辖鄂斡伊特诏送江南覊管。 |
