87  | 戊午，宴韩令坤等于礼贤讲武殿，赐袭衣、器币、鞍勒马有差。赏平泽、潞之功也。 初，成徳节度使金城郭崇闻上受禅，时或涕泣，监军陈思诲宻奏其状，且言常山近虏，崇懐怨望，宜早为之所。上曰：「我素知崇笃于恩义，此盖感激所发耳」。然亦遣使侦之，崇闻有使至，忧懑失据，谓左右曰：「茍使命不测，将奈何？」左右莫对，观察推官辛仲甫曰：「公首效诚节，且军民处置，率循常度，朝廷虽欲加罪，何以为辞？使者若至，但率官吏郊迎，尽礼致恭，淹留伺察，当自辨明矣」。崇如其言，日与僚佐饮博，使者审崇无他，即归奏之，上喜曰：「我固知崇不反也」。已而，崇请入朝，是日，命宣徽南院使昝居润权知镇州。仲甫，汾州人，崇前在澶渊，仲甫为掌书记、厢虞候，刼部民二人杀之，其家诉言隂识贼魁，而厢虞候者，崇亲吏也，吏不敢诘，仲甫力请捕之，案治有状，吏犹稽缓，欲变其狱，仲甫抗白崇曰：「民被㓂害，又使自诬，重伤甚矣，焉用僚佐！请易其狱吏，以雪寃愤」。崇大感悟，即遣司法掾李濯移鞫之，正其罪，置于法。 澶州蝗，遣使督官吏分捕。 |
