24  | 乙未，礼部言，将来正旦御大庆殿朝㑹，奉迎天授𫝊国受命寳，从之，仍著为令。 御史中丞安敦言：「伏覩先帝在御之日，六察逐旬具弹过事件奏闻。元佑大臣务为茍简，改为季奏，望并依元丰法」。从之。 看详诉理文字所言：「朝散大夫谢景初，昨任成都府路提刑，与倡女逾违，特追两官勒停」。元佑初，孙永、李常、韩忠彦、王存奏景初只因提举司论议不合，加诬坐罪，又云：朝廷専置官局，辨理枉横，景初不幸身没，不能自直。窃谓永等遭遇先朝，致身禁从，宠眷隆厚。方裕陵之土未乾，奸臣诬诋典刑，以有为无，语言不逊，无所忌惮。元佑诉理所称，事出暧昧，显涉寃抑，特与奏雪，遂除落景初前断过名，委属不当。又景初男愔，元佑二年状称非今日朝廷清明，可以雪幽寃于泉下」。诏谢愔特勒停，韩忠彦、王存各赎金三十斤。 枢宻院言：环庆路归明蕃官、宥州刺史、横山至宥州一带都廵检使李额叶，并男三班奉职李襄渠卜到阙。诏李额叶赐名懐明，男襄渠卜赐名世忠。 |
