5  | 元符元年六月戊寅朔，改元。 权吏部尚书叶祖洽言：「近照验在部官脚色状，伏见方泽于熈宁十年为提举官，奏请乞放罢见雇役人，将三等人户仍旧差役，坐不知职守，诏送审官东院，与合入差遣，而泽于元佑二年诉理，遂得除落元丰指挥，继除知州差遣，绍圣以来，亦相继擢用，外议未安，近虽以私谒后族得罪，然其大恶，未正典刑，伏乞取索泽前件事因，㸔详施行」。诏徙泽知万州。 泾原奏，已进筑没烟前后峡。河东沿边安抚司奏：定到顺义军牒，本军以北客，旧自东偏头税场入，乆良津和市，今移于贾胡疃，已指挥本津，不得与自新路来者交易。又移牒请其改路也。巳而河东经略司言：沿边安抚司不由经略司，擅定牒本奏及差官，体量乆良津改路事违法。诏沿边安抚司放罪，令今后遵依条约束施行。 |
