12  | 丙寅，诏六曹寺监，应元佑年所更旧法，除已修定外，其见今施行尚有不便者，所属条具以闻。 权刑部侍郎周之道等奏：「臣检㑹元丰旧制，诸路提刑，每半年奏诸州盗贼，己未获火数，委刑部案籍审覆，其未获数多，并且劾闻奏，葢责及于监司，则捕盗官不待绳而自励，元佑増修上条，止以见任官赦后限满，未获盗贼火数，仍用别获到人，许比折外计数，则劾奏之法，㡬为空文。窃谓提刑司按治一路，稽察盗贼为先，宜禁止于未然，或督捕于窃发，若觊幸比折，以免责罚，恐非朝廷命使䘏民之意。乞依元丰旧制，更不用元佑比折之法，但未获数及五分，并许本部劾奏」。从之。 熈河奏遣苖履出塞扰耕。戊辰，诏翰林医官潘用中授尚药奉御，以疗邢淑妃有劳故也。 |
