17  | 丙申，诏曰：「致明察者，莫重于郊丘之祀，极僾肃者，莫严于祖考之荐。乃者奉若猷训，宪章古昔，罢合祭之凟，修特禋之典，将以夏日之至，祇欵皇祗之灵，比览有司之陈，欲寝前期之告。朕惟朝献于原庙，祼将于太室，讵容旷歳之乆，不及躬祠之奉，岂独异事天之礼，抑未称飨亲之诚，怵惕永懐，靡遑宁处，其钦承于先例，用悉讲于多仪，匪敢惮勤，庶几尽志。将来亲祠北郊，前二日躬诣景灵宫朝献，太庙朝飨，并依南郊仪制」。先是，辅臣以大礼前朝谒宗庙，起自近世，北郊方暑，可略，上以为：「事天地当一体，不可阙」。故有是诏。 昭宣使、莱州防御使、内侍押班吴靖方为宣政使。 |
