15  | 甲午，责授昭州别驾、化州安置范祖禹卒。乙未，诏武官试换文质，吏部依元丰试法重修以闻。从吏部侍郎黄裳请也。 诏秦鳯、环庆所差䇿应泾原人马太少，令具析奏闻，仍多方救援，以牵制贼势。 熈河奏：王赡言得蕃书云，星多贝中有归汉意，令经畧司多方招诱抚纳。丁酉，诏：「河北、京东路州县有漕，黄河涨水，渰溺人户田庐，多致失所。遣工部员外郎梁铸，体量应合赈恤并体，访见今河势利害以闻」。 三省言：「看详诉理所奏公案内陈述于先朝不顺者，具职位、姓名闻奏。本所除已节次贴说外，今来照得有进状内语言止系称美元佑置诉理事，未审合与不合闻奏」。诏语言过当者贴说。又奏：「䕫州路提举阎令被制推勘王光祖，擅便不行追摄取勘，特追两官勒停。元佑除落显属不当」。诏朝奉大夫、权陜西路转运使阎令降为朝请郎，其元佑指挥勿行。 权殿中侍御史邓棐言：「新除京东路转运判官秦定，顷縁侄观与苏轼、苏辙厚善，遂权监司，乞罢新命」。诏定知濠州。 |
