11  | 巳未，吏部侍郎黄裳言：「元丰官制，凡入品者皆给告身，其无品者给黄牒，故虽小使臣皆络告身，后来时务从简，遂行宣札指挥，于理未安。请自借、奉职而上，皆给告身，复循元丰官制」。从之。 三省言闻访市中石炭，价髙冬寒，细民不给。诏专委吴居厚措置，出卖在京石炭。 详定重修大礼勅令所言元丰四年十一月诏，亲祠宗庙，歌者在堂，更不兼设钟磬，宫架在庭，更不兼设琴瑟。堂下匏竹，更不置之于阶。诏登歌钟、磬并依元丰四年诏㫖。 司封言：「元丰法，中散大夫、将军、团练使、杂学士以上母妻并封赠郡君，其馀升朝官母妻并封县君。银青光禄大夫、太子少保、节度使以上郡夫人，开府仪同三司以上国夫人，并系用子官封叙。元佑更制，遂紊前法」。诏封赠并依元丰法。庚申，刑部言：「投换军将人如无家业者，许将见钱五十贯已上愿纳赴官收管充抵当，许行投换。在京于府司检校库，在外于所属州府军资库寄纳」。从之。辛酉，上斋于大庆殿。 |
