13  | 壬辰，诏赵卨将夏国送还永乐城䧟没人口一百五十五人，各支与盘纒及衣装，分作三畨，差使臣管押，发来赴阙，仍沿路许于驿舍安下。 诏曹诗与叙荣州防御使、驸马都尉王诜，更候参期取㫖，以刑部检举也。 刑部言：「诸军率衆对本辖官员不唱喏法，上军处斩，下军及厢军徒三年，配广南。对本辖将校、节级，依犯阶级及立告赏法」。从之。 朝奉郎、试太常少卿韩川为左朝散郎、直龙图阁、枢宻都承㫖。以左朝请郎、秘书少监林旦为直秘阁、太仆卿、知明州、左中散大夫、直龙图阁王汾为秘书少监，以权京西路转运使、朝请郎王子渊知明州，以权发遣淮南路转运使、朝请郎彭次云徙京西路，以权梓州路转运副使、朝奉大夫吕陶徙淮南路，寻改成都府路以朝散郎时孝孙为梓州路转运判官。左谏议大夫刘安世言：「孝孙资禀倾邪，巧于仕进，昔王安石、曽布、邓绾变法之际，曲意附㑹，遂荐充司农寺属官，推行新法于河北，吏民苦之，视若鹰犬。其后蔡确用事，倾心交结，又得御史台主簿，及何正臣鞫泸南之狱，举以自随，使正臣欺罔先朝，肆行酷烈，孝孙賛助，其力居多，狱决还朝，擢任一道。元佑之初，罢诸路提举官，随例得郡，搢绅之议，固已不平，今正臣既行黜责，而孝孙尚冒监司，陟降顿殊，公论未允，伏望圣慈考其素履，灼见奸状，追还新命，以折羣枉」。御史亦以为言，诏孝孙改差权知鄂州。 尚书省言改立发运、转运、提刑预妓乐宴㑹者，徒二年法，从之。 |
