57  | 癸酉，幸新水磑。 汴水决宋州夏邑县。是月，命镇、深、赵、邢、洺五州，各城其管内县镇军寨。八月己夘，诏开封、河南府，自今奴婢非理致死者，即时检视，听速自收，疾病者不用检视，吏輙以扰人者罪之。又诏：「如闻两京士庶之家婚姻䘮塟，台吏府率伶人多诣门遮道徼求财物，自今禁止之，违者重置其罪」。灵武节度使冯继业既杀兄代父领镇，颇骄恣，时出兵略夺羗夷羊马，戎人不附，又抚士卒少恩，部下多擕贰，继业亦虑其为变。上在潜日，与继业有旧，及即位，继业数来朝觐贡献，因请举族内徙。庚辰，以继业为静难节度使。 以棣州防御使何继筠领建武节度使、判棣州。丁亥，令川峡诸州察民有父母在而别籍异财者，其罪死。 |
