17  | 乙酉，殿中侍御史张穆弃市，坐通判定州犯赃钱百万，为部曲鸿遇所告，按得实，故置于法。赐遇锦袍、银带、绢三百疋。 诏：「中国每租二十石输牛革一，凖千钱。西川尚循伪制，牛驴死者，革尽输官，蠲去之，每租二十石输牛革一，凖钱五百者」。 罢两京縁河诸州每嵗春秋丁帐，止令夏以六月，冬以十二月申。又诸州科纳止令县具单帐供州，不得令逐乡造夹细帐，以致烦扰。夏四月庚寅朔，三佛齐国王释利乌耶遣使来贡方物。上按岭南图籍，州县多而户口少，命知广州潘美及转运使王明度其地里并省以便民。甲午，初废白州及常乐州。 |
