49  | 戊子，邵州言野竹实，居民采食，颇济饥乏。己丑，河东转运使陈尧佐言：「河阳、懐、卫等州去秋灾伤，本路绛、泽州皆有馀羡，欲运泽州粟五万石赴懐州，绛州粟二十万石赴河阳」。从之。 陜西陜、解等州蝻虫生。辛卯，上谓宰臣曰：「如闻知广州李应机为政峻急，先任广南转运使，尝言广州民无丁税米，建议科纳，寻诏本路详度，累议皆难其事，今应机领郡，因欲遂其前议，逺方之民，务在绥辑，骤增赋调，亦恐非便，可罢之」。 曹克明言知抚水州，䝉懐珌请诣阙贡奉。 升州言蝻虫生。壬辰，给蔡州团练使徳雍、汝州团练使徳文唐州团练使，惟正公用钱嵗各百万。 |
