39  | 癸巳，以同知枢宻院事任中正周起为枢宻副使。乙未，三司奏，凖诏与内藏库议，自今拟盐税钱及岁别出钱六十万，赴左藏库给用。从之。丙申，谒啓圣院太宗神御殿。 令西京増给应天禅院常住钱日三千，从冯拯之请也。 戸部员外郎、知制诰晏殊等言：「舍人院书籍残缺，帷帐什物多敝，公钱至少，望赐国子监印本经书，令仪鸾司供帐，冬季三司给炭」。乃増月给为三十千，馀从其请。 |
