7  | 壬戌，责授勾当翰林司、入内都知、宫苑使张景宗为左骐骥使，皇城使王遵度为翰林使，崇仪使李昭庆为西京左藏库使，勾当皇城司韩守恩、周懐政、蓝继宗并罚金，悉依前充职，坐翰林司药童挟刃入本署，杀其同类故也。癸亥，以久雨，命近臣诣庙社、宫观、佛寺、神祠祈祷。甲子，京东西、河北转运使言河决壊民田，输税难阻。诏应经水州县夏税许从便送纳，田産壊者特倚阁之。丙寅，光禄少卿薛顔言：「滑州自今月三日雨，五昼夜未止，河水増涨，北岸逼州城，请权徙甲仗钱帛置通利军，其军民听从便迁徙」。诏顔规度固䕶，必不可，则如所请。 |
