31  | 己亥，诏增寜化军公用钱十万。 先是，河北入中刍粮，诸州有多增其价者，三司请令月上在市实价送入内内侍省，出付三司约所定价，视其亏官之甚者而裁损之。时陜西交引益贱，京师才直五千，有司惜其费茶，于是出内藏钱五十万贯，令閤门祇候李德明于京城市而毁之。辛丑，令国子监重刻经书印板，以本监言其岁乆刓弊故也。 三司使李士衡为其子奉礼郎丕旦求掌国学事，上不许，因诏自今国子监止差官两貟主判，既而卒命丕旦同管勾国子监。是月，赵德明落起复，遣入内都知蓝继宗为官告使徃赐之。德明与继宗射继宗，每发必中，德明遗以所乘名马。 |
