17  | 秋七月甲午朔，日有食之。 诏以冬至有事于南郊，诏诸州应㸃充强壮戸租赋，止令就本州输纳，有司勿得支移。 石隰路部署言本路縁河至蕃部界，皆山险，请以歩卒代㕔子军六指挥。朝议亦以此军本绥、夏之民，石州近贼境，恐越逸非便，乃命徙于磁、相州。 知镇戎军李继和言筑军城毕，诏继和领平州刺史。乙未，遣使完葺京城军营，应诸处工役悉罢，诸州因霖雨，壊军营，有出军而家属在营者，赐缗钱。时都下积潦，自朱雀门东抵宣化门尤甚，有深至三四尺，浸道路，壊庐舍，城南流水皆入恵民河，河复涨溢，诏遣使驰往河上，按视有陂池古河道处，疏决之。 |
