29  | 戊午，翰林学士梁周翰言：「今后稍闗机宻，乞下本院先具诏本进呈，取定可否，更不将付中书本房」。诏应中书取索诏敕草本，先实封送中书，㸔详定写进。壬戍契丹裕恱部下大林寨使王昭敏等归附，赐衣服、钱帛，补昭敏镇将，于许州给田归之。 洪徳寨主、侍禁、閤门祗候叚守伦，言戎人入寇，抵城下，率兵击走之，获羊马、器甲甚衆，赐守伦袍带，将士缗钱。守伦，瀛州人也。癸亥，诏増川峡路京朝使臣等，月给添支及羊直，令如铜钱界，其知州公用酒亦如之。 诏进奏院，自今河西、陜西幕职、州县官进实封文字，即与收进。八月甲子朔，羣臣表上尊号曰崇文广武应道章徳圣明仁孝，不许，自是凡三上，继以面请，卒不许。 诏河北陷敌民田宅，前令十五年许人请佃，自今更展五年石。隰州副都部署耿斌言，河西蕃部教练使李荣等率属归顺。 |
