23  | 壬午，诏均州团练副使、随州安置刘彛追毁出身以来告勅送涪州编管。以御史中丞邓绾言沈起、刘彛虽已降责，尚有未尽，乞治彛张皇之罪，重行诛戮故也。 枢宻院言：「开封府界保甲，令提举司自今每嵗十二月引呈一县，仍先于十一月内，具逐县人数申枢密院，取㫖㸃定」。癸未，西京左藏库副使杨从先为安南道行营战棹都监。先是，从先言从海道出兵为便，欲冒大洋深入西南隅，绕出贼后，擣其空虚，因以兵邀㑹占城、真腊之衆，同力攻讨，上是其言，遂授此职，令募兵以徃。都水监言故工部郎中侯叔献道死，乞优给。诏录其子择中太庙斋郎，赐绢三百疋。 |
