5  | 嘉佑二年六月壬子，以汝州龙山孔𪰋为校书郎致仕。绛州稷山韩退为安逸处士，翰林学士承㫖孙拚荐𪰋、退有行义也。 自赵彦若制䇿不入等，閲四年，遂无应科者，上曰：「岂朕待之不至耶？」丁巳，诏：「朝廷设制科以取天下美异之士，尝以推恩过厚而难其选，故所取不过三二人，甚非所以广详延之路也。其令两制以上同议之」。既而拚等言：「太常博士以下至选人、草泽人应制科者，并听待制以上奏举，无得自陈，内草泽人亦许本路转运使奏举，其试文浅陋及履行不如所举，并坐举者，其进用差次，不得引旧例超擢」。从之。戊午，夏国主谅祚遣人来谢吊祭。 |
