28  | 壬申，管勾国子监呉中复言：「旧制，毎遇科场，即补试广文馆监生，近诏间嵗贡举，须前一年补试，比至科场，多就京师私买，监牒易名就试，及旋冒畿内户贯，以图进取，非所以待逺方孤寒之意。请自今遇科场补试，监生如故，仍以四百五十人为额」。从之，寻又増一百五十人。癸酉，右正言呉及言：「太宗朝甞给三司判官、御前印纸厯子，令批书课绩，今其制虽存，而无考校之法，请自今嵗终按功过而升黜之」。诏以及所言録示三司使方平。辛巳，福建转运使刘立徳知婺州，谏官陈旭言其年老不任事也。 |
