35  | 己巳，宰臣富弼等请加尊号曰「大仁至治」，诏不许。故事，毎三嵗躬行大礼毕，辄受羣臣所加尊号，自康定以来罢之，至是，执政复举故事以请，知谏院范师道言：「比灾异数出，而崇尚虚文，非所以答天戒」。知制诰刘敞言：「尊号非古也，陛下尊号既云体天法道钦文聪武圣神孝徳，尽善极美矣，复加大仁，不足増光，而曰至治，则有若自矜，且今天下未可谓至治也。陛下不受徽号二十年，柰何一旦増虚名而损实徳？」上曰：「朕意亦谓如此」。故弼表五上，卒不许。敞时兼领礼部名表，当撰表辞，先劝弼以不宜尔，弼怃然曰：「适已奏闻，乃是上意欲尔，不可止也」。敞不得已，为撰五表，仍宻奏三䟽罢之，遣司封员外郎朱处约督江南西路兵，讨䖍州盐贼戴小八等，聚党攻剽，杀䖍化知县赵枢故也。 太子中允王陶、大理许事赵彦若、国子博学傅卞、于潜县令孙洙，并为馆阁编校书籍官，馆阁编校书籍自此始。三馆、秘阁凡八员，诏及二年者，选人京官，除馆阁校勘，朝官除校理。陶，万年人。卞，莒人。洙，广陵人也。癸酉，诏诸路安抚、转运、提㸃刑狱，各于所部举见任文资行实敦朴而有政事之才，可备升擢者三人。前两府臣僚许通举内外官，其已带职及见任两府与自已亲戚，毋得举。 |
