36  | 癸巳，赐眀州进士杨适粟帛，以转运使言其文行称于乡里也。 诏：「西川、广南罢任官，有侍行子孙归本贯，取觧不及锁㕔人，在川、广、福建罢任，及元系川广、福建人，见在本乡守选待阙者，并许就本路转运司取觧，应眀经诸科，省试三场以前九否，十否者，令贡院再考校，本处觧送试巻，若以否为粗，以粗为通，及出义不依条制，致有妄荐者，以旧条坐之，不在末减。若考校通粗及出义，依条别无差缪，省试三场，前九否、十否，即考试官于元条上减一等定罪。旧条合殿选者，与免殿选，选人该冲替者，实殿一选，京朝官勤停者与冲替，冲替者与监当，监当者与逺处差遣」。先是，秘閤校理陈襄等言：「诸科之弊，在于𫝊义难禁，而考试官止较其文，莫能检察，及到省所对十否，而考试官多坐罪勒停，原情定罪，宜在末减」。乃下两制与贡院议而裁定之。 |
