39  | 戊申，枢宻直学士、吏部郎中、权知开封府陈旭，以足疾，罢为右谏议大夫、同提㸃在京诸司库务，枢宻直学士、礼部郎中、知泉州蔡襄为翰林学士、权知开封府，降右諌议大夫、权御史中丞韩绛知蔡州。初，绛弹奏宰臣富弼，且言张茂实人以为先帝子，而引用管军，事宻难测，既而居家待罪，自言不敢复称御史中丞，上遣中使召，不出，翌日，台属官往劝之，乃出，又不秉笏，穿朝堂，知谏院唐介、右正言王陶、侍御史知杂事范师道、御史陈经、吕诲、里行陈洙等，皆言：「茂实顷为狂卒诬诋，已经朝廷辨白，兼复用管军，乃中书、宻院同议，人亦无间言。今绛茍欲以危法中伤人臣，而不知主无根之言，揺动衆聴，翻为朝廷不便，兼绛举措颠倒，不足以表率百司」，故出之。 赐国子博士、新通判眀州赵至忠银百两、绢百匹，至忠数以契丹机宻事来献故也。癸丑，以侍御史赵拚为右司谏、谏院供职。甲寅，以淮南江浙荆湖、福建等路提举运盐公事、职方员外郎朱处仁为屯田郎中。时新置运盐司，处仁嵗满当迁官，已除祠部郎中，命未下，而处仁自援例请改名曹，故夺而下迁之。 |
