5  | 嘉佑七年秋七月壬子，诏秋季有事于眀堂，羣臣毋请加尊号，太常礼院言：「皇佑叅用南郊百神之位，不应祀法，宜如隋唐旧制，设昊天上帝五方位，以真宗配，而五方帝、五官神从祀，馀皆罢。又前一日，亲飨太庙，当时尝停孟冬之荐，考详典礼，宗庙时祭，未有因严配而辍者，今眀堂去孟冬为日尚逺，请复荐庙，前者祖宗并侑，今用典礼独配，前者地祗、神州并飨，今以配天而亦罢，是皆礼中之大者也。《开元开寳之礼，五帝无亲献仪，旧礼先诣昊天奠献，五帝并行分献，以侍臣奠币，皇帝再拜，次诣真宗神座，于礼为允，诏恭依，而五方帝亦行亲献。甲寅，广西转运使、度支员外郎李师中、转运判官、都官员外郎刘牧，各罚铜二十斤。先是，岭南多旷土，茅菅茂盛，蓄藏瘴毒，师中募民垦田，县置籍，期永无税以种，及三十顷为田正，免科役，于是地稍开辟，瘴毒减息，而师中与牧坐擅除税，不以闻，故蒙罚。交趾每因瘴毒甚时，必声言入冦，师中先得其情，既而摄帅事，邕州果遣军校乘驿言交趾将入冦，师中不省，但诘其擅乗驿之罪而已。 |
