5 ![](more.gif) | 嘉佑七年秋七月壬子,诏秋季有事于眀堂,羣臣毋请加尊号,太常礼院言:「皇佑叅用南郊百神之位,不应祀法,宜如隋唐旧制,设昊天上帝五方位,以真宗配,而五方帝、五官神从祀,馀皆罢。又前一日,亲飨太庙,当时尝停孟冬之荐,考详典礼,宗庙时祭,未有因严配而辍者,今眀堂去孟冬为日尚逺,请复荐庙,前者祖宗并侑,今用典礼独配,前者地祗、神州并飨,今以配天而亦罢,是皆礼中之大者也。《开元开寳之礼,五帝无亲献仪,旧礼先诣昊天奠献,五帝并行分献,以侍臣奠币,皇帝再拜,次诣真宗神座,于礼为允,诏恭依,而五方帝亦行亲献。甲寅,广西转运使、度支员外郎李师中、转运判官、都官员外郎刘牧,各罚铜二十斤。先是,岭南多旷土,茅菅茂盛,蓄藏瘴毒,师中募民垦田,县置籍,期永无税以种,及三十顷为田正,免科役,于是地稍开辟,瘴毒减息,而师中与牧坐擅除税,不以闻,故蒙罚。交趾每因瘴毒甚时,必声言入冦,师中先得其情,既而摄帅事,邕州果遣军校乘驿言交趾将入冦,师中不省,但诘其擅乗驿之罪而已。 |
