65  | 癸亥，徙崖州司戸参军丁谓为雷州司戸参军，谓家寓洛阳，尝为书自克责，叙国厚恩，戒家人毋輙怨望，遣人致于西京留守刘祈，付其家，戒使者伺㑹衆僚，时达之得书，不敢私，即以闻，上见之感恻，故有是命，谓雅多智，是犹出于揣摩也，宰相言：「谓天下不容其罪而窜之，今不缘赦宥，未可内徙」。上曰：「谓斥海上已数年，欲令生还岭表耳」。乙丑，淮南节度使、检校太师、同平章事张是以前官充枢宻使，旻寻改名耆。 保大节度使钱惟演加同平章事、判许州。癸酉，契丹遣彰胜军节度使萧穆古、潘州观察使郑文囿来贺皇太后正旦。辽使贺太后正旦始此。甲戌，契丹遣右监门卫上将军萧从正、右谏议大夫仇道衡来贺正旦。 诏自今转运司及州府差官推勘磨勘及勾当诸般公事，如已请驿料添支者，不得别给。 |
