35  | 秋七月庚辰朔，诏荆湖客船载官粮者，回日与免力胜钱，从发运司之请也。发运使方仲笋、副使张纶又言真、楚诸州运河，冝作水闸石牎分水，以溉民田，诏渐为之，无遽猝扰农。纶等讫成其役，民甚便焉。辛巳，知邵武军、职方员外郎吴植除名，与上佐官安置。殿中丞余谔追一官，勒停，右侍禁郑斌衙前编管。初，植为新繁尉，王钦若安抚西川，尝荐举之，于是植被疾惧废，乃附谔黄金二十两，令纳诸钦若，求外徙。谔未至，植又遣吏抵钦若第问讯，语颇喧，钦若知不可掩，即捕送开封府，既又请付御史台，选中使监劾，植初自言未尝纳金，反诬吏误以问谔语逹，钦若侍御史知杂事韩亿穷治，乃得其实，然金尚在谔处也，斌以追植赴狱，輙受赇，不即行，故皆及于贬。有诏抚慰钦若，而亿并案钦若缪举之罪，诏释不问。时宰相晨朝，集待漏院，鲁宗道视钦若独不语，意象愠甚，既明，欲上马，忽有䑕突出，颇惶扰，宗道曰：「汝犹敢出头」。钦若甚愧焉。 |
