36  | 辛卯，淮南江浙荆湖制置发运副使、文思使张纶，兼权知泰州管勾修捍海堰。壬辰，诏大两省以上官，依御札岁举幕职、州县官五人。秋七月辛丑，赐秦州盐官镇被水民家钱三千、米二斛。壬寅，诏自今大礼前，已降约束，而犯刼盗，及官典受𧷢，并论如律，仍毋得禁奏听裁。先是，知亳州马亮言：「按律，知有恩赦而故犯者，不得以赦原，朝廷毎于赦前下约束，盖欲申警贪盗之人，令犯者禁奏听裁，及案下大理寺，而法官复不详律意，乃言终是㑹赦，因而多所寛贷，颇为惠奸」。故降是诏。 |
