34  | 丙子，诏：广南东路经略司，指挥诸州长吏，如得西路闗报，或探交趾事，却当闗报前路州军者，不得下司，并亲书写，经畧司，即令管勾机宜官书写，毋得漏泄。仍闗牒本路监司凖此」。 诏：「安南兵马非久出界，宜有以振作士气，昨任起等攻贼界玉山寨，功虽不大，然首能奋击，其得功人可倍推赏讫奏，仍布告将士，使闻知」。 上批：「闻秦州制勘院，多逮系熈河路官员，今本路都副总管既新移易，或方在道，万一有边事，乃是都无人倚托，必重贻朝廷忧，顾可速议指挥」。中书、枢密院请令制勘院见禁繋熈河路官员，徒以下罪状已明，即发遣归本任，有因追禁阙官处，委转运司于本路及邻路选差得替，待阙见任官权管勾，从之。 赐绫锦院堧地为枢宻五房院，以都承㫖司言边奏有缓急，而诸房吏散居旧城内外，徃来囘逺，或漏泄事机，且不可以应猝故也。 上批：「开封府界诸县遭旱人戸所纳秋色苗税，可第等疾速量与蠲减」。 |
