22  | 庚申，诏川峡四路不得将家属赴任法，其除之。 上批：「河北縁边安抚司谍知辽人令贺正旦副使赵庭睦觇朝廷西事，虑敌人因语言探测虚实，其当酬应之辞，三省枢宻院同议定札与馆伴」。先是，刘挚等使敌，陛辞日，永乐城已陷，上数言西事，面授画一十馀条，预为问对之语，曰：「此禁中自草，又歴议所以然」。且曰：「敌多辩诈，毋为所胜」。挚对曰：「臣以诚信，自将上凭威灵，敌虽多诈，安能胜？臣闻言忠信蛮貊之邦行矣！臣谓问对之际，不必过为迁就」。上喜曰：「诚是」。明日，遣中使就郊赐茶六十斤，谕曰：「非常例也」。 提举汴河堤岸司言：汴河堤岸起三年四月修筑，至今年十月八日毕工」。诏都水监官覆视保明以闻。原武埽塞，特赐役兵钱有差。辛酉，上复御延和殿，宣三省枢宻院辅臣赴景福殿，观魏国大长公主出降妆奁。 尚书省上元丰五年下半年条贯，诏依签改行下，上每于进拟敕令必签贴改定，然后降出，其所指掷事理，皆有司抵牾也。诏：「岚石：隰州都廵检司旧赐公使钱百五千，移赐葭芦吴堡寨，縁边都廵检使，其石州旧带三州都廵检，止令岚石州各带本州沿边都廵检使，遇缓急应援，各别给公使钱百千」。 |
