13  | 丙辰，国子司业朱服言：「承诏校定孙子、吴子、司马兵法、卫公问对、三略、六韬，诸家所注孙子，互有得失，未能去取。它书虽有注解浅陋，无足采者。臣谓宜去注行本书，以待学者之自得」。诏孙子止用魏武帝注，馀不用注。卫公对问者出阮逸家，盖逸仿杜氏所载靖兵法为之，非靖全书也。 知秦州刘瑾言：「本州仓草场人粮马料，仅可支三五月，草支不及半月，转运司収粮价小，无人肯入中，必致有误嵗计」。诏转运司全失计置，宜下王钦臣分析。钦臣言瑾始至，不知本末，故有此奏。戸部言：「详瑾、钦臣所奏不同，乞令钦臣往秦鳯路措置，令瑾协力应办，如有阙，即一等论罪」。从之。 |
