44  | 丁巳，安国节度使王全斌言与山西都廵检使、洺州防御使郭进、赵州刺史陈万通、镇州兵马钤辖、登州刺史髙行本，客省使曹彬等率兵入北汉界，获生口数千人来献，诏释之，仍各赐钱米。彬，灵夀人，其从母为周太祖贵妃，上典宿卫，尤器重彬，彬非公事未尝谒上，平居燕㑹亦罕与，上即位，自晋州都监召彬入见，谓曰：「我畴昔欲亲汝，何故疎我？」彬顿首谢曰：「臣周室近亲，列职禁庭，安敢交结尊贵？」上益嘉奬焉。戊午，颁量衡于澧朗诸州，惩割据厚敛之弊也。唐邓之俗，家有病者，虽父母亦弃去弗省视，故病者輙死，武胜节度使张永徳请严刑禁之，又请以节度推官代牙将，领马歩都虞候事，上嘉其意，已未，降诏褒荅。初，永徳母马氏被出，适安邑人刘祚，永徳之治邓也，祚已卒，迎归奉养，及于州廨，特建二堂，左则继母刘氏居之，右则马氏居之。永徳每晨起诣二堂问安，祚子再思，即永徳同母弟也，署子城使，于南阳城中起大第，聚刘氏之族，仍市田给之。及刘氏卒，马氏得入谒禁中，时年八十馀矣，太宗亲劳问之，封莒国太夫人。 |
