6  | 壬子，命辅臣祈雨。 魏国安仁保佑夫人张氏乞依赦封二代，从之。甲寅，右諌议大夫、提举崇禧观沈立卒。乙卯，集禧观使、镇南节度使、同平章事王安石为右仆射、观文殿大学士、集禧观使，放朝谢。安石辞使相，乞以本官领宫观，屡诏不允，而安石辞不已，故有是命。 交址郡王李乾徳上表言：「伏䝉赐诏，从臣所请，自今复修职贡己，令安抚司各差人画定疆界，毋得辄侵犯。臣已奉诏遣人送方物，乞赐还广源、机榔等州县」。诏：「候进奉人到阙，别降疆事处分」。 又诏河北路转运司检放水灾民戸，秋税欠负，展限输纳。 又诏京西、淮南路转运司访名山灵祠，委长吏祷雨雪。 权御史中丞邓润甫言：「知虢州邓绾近复龙圗阁待制，中外之论，皆谓绾在言路，肆为邪慝，隂连公府掾属，数为大臣祈㤙，乞除大臣之子馆职，𫝊笑四方，伤辱国体，近世处言职者，未尝有也。陛下以绾操心颇僻，赋性奸回，论事荐人，不循分守，故斥逐之。今绾去位未㡬，亟还近职，搢绅藉藉，莫知所谓，葢苏颂夺职八年而后复諌议大夫，曽布五年而后得待制，绾何人，独此超越？乞追寝成命，以厌公论」。诏绾罢龙圗阁待制，以本官充集贤院学士、知河阳。丁巳，诏国子监丞、主簿省一员。 |
