7  | 戊午，判太常寺枢宻直学士陈襄，崇政殿说书、同修起居注、太子中允、集贤校理黄履，太常博士、集贤校理李清臣。秘书丞、集贤校理王存，详定郊庙奉祀礼文。太常寺主簿、秘书丞杨完。御史台主簿、著作佐郎何洵直。国子监、直讲、宻县令孙谔，充检讨官。先是，手诏：「讲求郊庙奉祀，礼文讹舛，宜令太常寺置局，仍差定礼官数员，及许辟除官属，讨论歴代沿革，以考得失」。故命襄等。 皇城使、达州刺史、入内副都知蘓利渉为海州团练使。时利涉校年，止当迁官，而诏以利渉逮事先朝藩邸，故特有是命，减并陈留捧日、天武第七军第一武骑帯甲剩员，亳州第一，龙卫帯甲剩员，陈留第一，亳州第二，尉氏骁猛，第二，南京雄威，第八，咸平雄勇第二、第三，郓州第五，许州第六，管城第七，白马第八，总十三指挥，每军止各置一指挥，并以五百人为额，馀数听额外收管。 经制熈河路边防财用，乞封桩息钱，以备朝廷移用，如铸钱、盐井之类，与转运司钱本相干者，并以熈宁九年为额，本司认数拨还。从之。 |
