6  | 己巳，交址进奉使李懐素等，乞根寻衙官邓暗。初，暗道病，舁至张三馆，自言病且愈，不愿复舁，已而失之，不知所在，诏客省牒邕州具交人自入界至起发因依，移文静海军，及令开封府具邓暗事，给与懐素等公据。 诏京西、淮南、两浙、江西、荆湖六路各置一铸钱监，江西、荆湖南路以十五万缗，馀路以十万缗为额，给转运司。 |
| 17 | 戊辰，审刑院、大理寺言，夔州权管威棹指挥都头、北班殿侍杜信减尅军粮，盗官营材，当杖脊降配。诏以信昭宪皇后兄之曾孙，特赎铜勒停，编管汝州。 上言：「熈州无将官张守约不可用」。王安石曰：「守约昨康乐之战既有功，闻所措置亦甚善，但奏事矜伐，为无量而已，未见有他罪」。上曰：「昨康乐不肯行，王韶激以若不徃，当自徃」。景思立又欲徃，乃始肯行，坐上见者甚衆，安石曰：「此事未尝案劾，人言安可信？臣观忠实，顾义理人极少，且当据见功可也，若聼浮议，恐未可知」。上曰：「守约所论功，如黄察之类皆是，是岂可信？」安石曰：「若保明功状，但随行，即须保明，谁不如此？何但守约如此？」上又言：「昨问王韶守约轻妄，何故用之？」韶言：自今更不用」。安石曰：「韶言如此，不知何意，然守约不可用，实未有显状，恐须审察」。己巳，河东节度使、守司徒、兼侍中、判河阳文彦博判永兴军，龙图阁直学士、知永兴军呉中复知河阳，彦博辞永兴，乃诏皆依旧任。 鄜延路经略司请支封桩钱，于河东买駞三百，以运縁邉急阙粮草，从之。 |
