23  | 戊子，命太子中允、集贤校理、检正中书刑房公事沈括相度两浙路农田水利、差役等事兼察访。 知大名府韩绛言：「大河埽岸，乃者检计工料，但据官吏所见，增卑培薄，初无定式，望委都水监，自今并以水面为准，髙下须一等，其向著处，即堤外增贴，以絶津漏之患，仍先委外都水监丞司与当职官吏躬诣河埽议立法」。从之。 诏在朝横行使副自今并管勾客省、四方馆公事。先是，客省、四方馆阙正官，以閤门使、副管勾。至是，引进使李端慤赴阙，西上閤门副使张诚一应罢，而端慤乞令诚一依旧权管勾，故有是诏。 上批：「洮西见管泾原弓箭手，已节次放散还家歇泊，宜指挥王广渊候到，仰所管城寨不得妄有占留，仍令经略司常切觉察，违者劾罪以闻」。 |
