18  | 辛丑，诏开封府界民纳蚕食盐等钱折纳粮者，上三等如故，馀并许纳钱，愿输本色者亦听。 又诏陜西解盐司驱磨、同管勾制置解盐司杨蟠到任后钱数所入多寡以闻。以蟠言二年之内，比旧增钱七十馀万缗，而察访李承之言其不职，乞较嵗课之登耗也。 赐度僧牒五百，为杭州市易本钱，又给二百赐河北西路转运司市草。 诏：自今内外厢军、本城牢城及诸司库务、院、坊监等正副指挥使以上，并自禁军初补本城牢城等军员，依旧降宣，馀札下逐处给补牒。 三司乞借内藏绢二十万以备冬衣，从之。 诏自今举官不当罪至停者，取㫖。 |
