10  | 辛丑，都官员外郎刘师旦言：「今九域图自大中祥符六年修定，至今六十馀年，州县有废置，名号有改易等，第有升降，兼所载古迹有出于俚俗不经者，乞选有地理学者重修，三馆、秘阁删定」。其后又专命太常博士、集贤校理赵彦若、获嘉县令、馆阁校勘曽肇删定，仍就秘阁不置局，彦若免删定，从之。及以旧书不绘地形，难以称图，更赐名曰九域志。 诏宗室大将军迁至遥郡刺史以上，更不迁环卫官。故事，宗室磨勘，迁遥郡刺史以上不迁环卫官，覃恩，则并迁三资，熈寕中，修磨勘法，并迁环卫一资，盖有司之误，至是正之。 |
