9  | 壬辰，太子中允、馆阁校勘黄履兼知谏院。 诏罢都大制置河北河防水利司。 诏横海军节度推官、崇文院校书、兼中书户房习学公事练亨甫身备宰属，与言事官交通，罢为漳州军事判官。先是，王安石言：「臣久以疾病忧伤，不接人事，以故衆人所传议论，多所不知。昨日方闻御史中丞邓绾尝为臣子弟营官，及荐臣子壻可用，又为臣求赐第宅。绾为国司直职，当纠察官邪，使知分守不相干越，乃与宰臣乞恩，极为伤辱国体。兼绾近举御史二人，寻却乞不施行，必别有所因。臣但闻其一人彭汝砺者，尝与练亨甫相失，绾听亨甫游说，故乞别举官。亨甫身在中书，习学公事，兼臣屡尝说与，须避嫌疑，勿与言事官子弟交通。今审如所闻，即岂可令执法在论思之地，亨甫亦不当留备宰属。乞以臣所奏付外，处以典刑」。故有是命。初，绾以附㑹安石居言职，及安石与吕惠卿之党相倾，绾皆极力奏劾之。上益厌安石所为，绾惧安石去而失势，屡留之于上，其言无所顾忌。上怒欲绌绾，安石亦惧，乃奏斥之。亨甫行险薄，谄事安石、雱以进，至是乃斥。 |
