16  | 己丑，以皇第六子生，遣魏国公宗谔告于太庙，又遣官告天地、社稷、诸陵，以太牢报祀高禖。庚寅，河东经畧司上管勾机宜文字、殿中丞赵咸根括打量代州界禁地顷畆数。诏除给起移弓箭手外，馀皆招置弓箭手。 判司农寺熊本言：「䝉朝㫖令张谔并送详定盐法文字付臣，伏縁所修盐法，事干江淮，八路瓦取，㑹照应盐课增亏赏罚之类，系属三司，窃虑移文徃复，致有稽滞。兼昨权三司使沈括，曾徃淮浙体量安抚措置盐事，乞就令括与臣同共详定」。从之。 真宗贵妃沈氏薨，诏许就殡其家。明日，车驾奠之，辍视朝三日，諡昭静。太皇太后、皇太后为发哀成服。 |
